Don’ts before swimming lesson

The following are the don’ts that you need to know before utilizing the services of senja cashew swimming lessons:

  • You don’t have to overeat just before going for swimming lessons. The tale of the old wives that ate before swimming causing cramps might not be based on fact, but to eat too much before engaging in any form of exercises which are moderate could be uncomfortable to say the least.
  • You don’t have to feed your children snacks which have a lot of complex carbohydrates. The starches are great for energy which is long-term, but they don’t tend to provide much energy in the short period, and tend to remain in the stomach for some time before digestion.
  • You don’t have to take several added sugar. Sugar snacks are likely to cause an upset in the stomach, whether your children are swimming or not, and they are not snacks which are healthy generally.
  • You don’t have to take a lot of milk. The dairy products are known to be the hardest types of foods when it comes to digestion. That denotes that cereals are not allowed. Added sugar, complex carbs, and lots of milk is a recipe for a time which is uncomfortable and the possibility of becoming sick. Extra sugars will also tend to slow down your little ones and might lead to an unpleasant crash after swimming.
